Wonderful. YOu've demonstrated again that you can swear, insult and call people names. How very impressive. Do you drop your pants and defecate wherever you go whenever you feel like it, or just when you are around scientists?
It's very easy to tell whether the disks on our plate are true scallops, bay or sea, or ray cutouts. In true scallops the muscle fibers run vertically through the piece of muscle; in ray cutouts the muscle fibers are horizontal.
But you could have asked your shill Jeanne Pierre about that, since you're his "Boss" and all; I'm sure he's pretty knowledgeable about things like that, and you would have enough respect for him not to call him names and sling insults and foul language by the bucketload.
I am an accredited chemist, having worked as a food chemist for some time. I'm also originally from Florida. Sometimes a little common sense can save a lot of time, effort and expense.
Again, if you're into PDI's, by all means, go for it. Don't let me stop you.
