You overtstate and change the sense of my initial reply. I meet difficulties to NOT use any word related with "who-you-know-ideology".
Seriously (scientificaly), only true twins share exactely the same genetic material. Honestly, most of the twins are never separed (there are some). If you take and educate one of them in two different geographical, educational... or what ever you want.
The chances are equal. I agree with you but the perturbations are different and THIS will dramaticaly change the individual result.
Nothing "Holy" in this. Just hypothesis.
