This is common problem when using a foreign language. Yes I meant both psychism and knowledge.
"Personality", here have another sense but in this current context I think it is the best word.Briefly, it is assumed that emotions are biochemically mediated but knowledge is not situated in the genetic material and is exclusive of a given brain. Conversely, knowledge aquisition is governed by psychism and psychism is finally ruled by biochemistry (linked to genetic).
A clone will be "empty" of specific knowledge, this one especially appreciate by the pet's owner.
What makes difference between a nasty bad cat and a lovely cat.The "program" should be loaded once again. There is a risk.
I guess that the potential customers are swindled on this point.
