If you test the shark magnet torch (I have one), you will see how fast the heavy magnet has to move in order to generating enough electricity to light the LED. This kind of movement, the bicycle will not get just by rough road. Try one by yourself.
Another important point is: the shark magnet system only working when the magnet far apart from any magnetic materail. On the bicycle these are many magnetic material around, near any this kind materail will stick the magnet--no more moving.
This why on my light system (see picture on my website), I have to put the genereating unit is a place far from any magnet material.
