I am suggesting that part of the problem is the banking laws, not the whole ball of wax.

Here in the little town I live in, thirty years ago you couldn't find drugs and the local criminals were all known and avoided. I roamed the streets inthe company of a pony and was never harassed or molested. Now your neighbor is making Meth and another is marketing other drugs and porn. It's a sad commentary on the state of our affairs. I roamed this town freely as a child; now I worry for my son over the two and a half blocks it takes him to walk from the school bus stop to our house; he has been assaulted and battered enough times in that short distance the local Sheriff's office knows my voice on the phone. Their kids do the hitting; my kid gets blamed for the trouble. I don't understand. I'd be a hermit if I could get away with it.
