Interesting.

Though 3 is not very well stated, I guess it has more implications towards the impossibility of backwards time travel in that it would violate the laws of energy (energy is not created from nothing) in that the matter that would be introduced to the past would be in addition to the matter of which that matter is the same. So in effect there would be an addition to overall energy in Universe which I guess violates some law somewhere.
