1. Water mist or fog,

2. Polychromatic light source. If you go for multiple line sources rather than continuum sources you get artsy rainbows.

3. Illuminate/view at the proper angle.
   

Or cut the crap and hang a curtain of diffraction grating or trashed AOL CDROMs.

If you are really really clever, you can blow everybody's mind by properly scratching your transparent windows and black opaque walls,
