Actually I believe it underlies your theory.

I agree that this train of reasoning leads to everything being predetermined upto the random quantum "jingle jangle" as Uncle Al puts it. For instance my question about whether I can determine whether I move my hand left or right of center ultimately is predetermined by the outcome of some quantum uncertainty which leads then to the outcome of hand direction.

So then I guess everything is do to random jingle jangle that leads to cause and effect.
