Meas, even with the metaphoric gun, one still has to develop the basic principles of an ethics code.Do not confuse the etics aspect with the law aspect.
Sure, you can enforce anything with the business end of the gun, but that won't last very long. There will always be a quicker draw,or a shot on the back.
