Yep, Al is right.
Draw it like that: put the Xe in the middle (you are doing a 3D rendering), the two lone pairs above and underneath the Xe atom, and the four F-Xe bonds horizontally, in a plane around the Xe atom, i.e. in front, behind, at the left and at the right.
