While ignoring much of your post, I stopped to take exception with one paragraph:

Huh? No such thing. Not true. Pure bunk. You might be talking about that Russian dude that said he observed such an effect over a spinning superconductive plate but nobody has been able to reproduce his observation. I'm a little clueless as to why anyone would even try.
