While ignoring much of your post, I stopped to take exception with one paragraph:

MK: The use of a high speed spinning magnetic disk, thats supposed to minutely decrease the effect of gravity above it.

Huh? No such thing. Not true. Pure bunk. You might be talking about that Russian dude that said he observed such an effect over a spinning superconductive plate but nobody has been able to reproduce his observation. I'm a little clueless as to why anyone would even try.
