Most of your flourescent lights are going to emit a combination of both and other wavelengths. Generally, any bulbs that emit one or the other or pure wavelengths are expensive. If you haven't checked out the Photobiology pages yet, this is a good source with links to manufacturers.

If you are going with the Q panels be prepared to drop over $400 for the bulbs (you will get more than you need though). You might also hit up any friends in academia that could let you 'borrow' some bulbs. Ballasts are cheap.
