Absolutely. The problem with your eyes is that they see in only a very restricted number of wavelengths.
Look at the center of the galaxy with a radio telescope ... viewing microwaves and radio waves and it is quite bright indeed.
The universe rarely, if ever, does things in a manner logically obvious to our poor little synapses that were perfected for evading leopards ... not unravelling quantum mechanics and relativity.
