Re: I have a question (Planko)

Can you image the sun on a cloudy day, numbnuts? The sun is only 499 light-seconds distant. The clouds are only a few light-microseconds thick. What effect would 27,700 lightyears of dust have on imaging the galactic center? Adjust areal mass density, clouds vs. galactic crud, accordingly.

You are here.

The sky is blue from sunlight differentially scattering off atmospheric atoms and molecules as the fourth power of its frequency. The whole atmosphere is only 50 miles deep.
