We theoretically at least don't vote in "leaders" that can't, don't, or won't lead.
Science has implications.
Right now a huge percentage of US technology jobs are being offshored because, quite frankly, Americans are incompetent.
One would have thought we'd learned a lesson about offshoring our energy needs too.
Apparently most would rather vote for slogans and images than their own vested self-interest.
And unfortunately most of them, unlike me, are going to be forced to retire in the U.S. even if things continue the way they are going.
