I say if you don't want to be eating downer cows you should just give them Prozac and tell them to get off the barbiturates and alcohol.

But on a more serious note ... I don't believe the new regulation is going to make any significant difference. Based on the descriptions in the news media of their jobs, by Federal inspectors, I'd guess they are like airport screeners ... more for show than anything else.
