I think it was House of Rep not Senate, but he declaired just a month or so ago that Global Warming was just a bunk of "bunk".
The fact that the earth's climate changes is pretty much beyond dispute by now in the scientific community. Remember at one time the world scientist thought the earth's geology was "frozen" from the time of creation, but we got past that one too.
The level of imapact (not if) of human activity is still being argued. I guess that is what the ignoramus was actually referring to, but if he is the Senator on the Enviro committee, it would be better if he stayed awake at other meetings besides the ones where the Energy Companies are writing his checks for re-election.
I guess that would be considered an obstructionist appointment by the Energy Companies, pay and promote a tool to block and new measures or even to tear down old ones.
