You routinely get sea surface poikilotherm cryobiology (i.e., fish) down to about -3 C. Internal antifreeze strategies - molal depression of freezing point by extremely hydrophilic solutes as well as ice growth-inhibiting proteins - pull it off.
The Mariana Trench bottoms out at around 36,200 feet depth or about 16,000 psi. Not counting the salt, local water melting point would then be about -9 C. No problem.
