I've been offlined due to a serious problem with my server and a family crisis with an ill child.

I do have my research well in hand and my response half written. I am having grave doubts about the worth of the project, considering the extreme amount of bigotry I see in the posts of Peep and others on that side of the issue. I'm concerned that if I take the response to its logical conclusions I may be electronically lynched for expressing my opinions. Hate is a powerful motivator. So is fear. I don't want to think that anyone would be so low as to hack my Internet Service provider and deny service to over 5,000 people for upwards of 16 hours just to get at me. I'm not that paranoid--yet. I know hate groups have in the past gone to great lengths to stifel the voices that oppose them with calm reason and candor. I have to be willing to accept the loss of my ability to use the Internet for a prolonged period before I can post my response to Peep's initial questions to me. I'm not there yet.
