Biogenetic laws and "cosmic rules"

Hi there,

I'm new on this forum and NOT familar with english language.
What do you think about the scientific motivation to push natural unexplainable events in biogenetic laws. Is this better (scientifically correct) than leaving these events under the spell of divine cosmic rules?
