Sorry I got so late to this, I have been rahter busy lately.

I pretty much agree with what you say,but in my oppinion, I would replace the term religion(s,lc)that you define, with something more personal, more individual related.Something that can be generalized, yet it refers to the human being as entity.
Something like personality,or maybe behavior, or maybe personal mysticism, in its most largely sense.But it is only a matter of semantics,whatever different term you use.
