(65.172.150.222)I've writtem some poetry based on NASA's "Picture of the day" from time to time. I like your contribution. Very, er, "heavy".
Unfortunately, every time I posted a poem it seemed like I got inundated with viruses or something else happened to interrupt my computer. I started to get superstitious a bit.
For what it's worth here's one. I unfortunately did not keep the URL for the picture this was inspired by, one of Io erupting in red and golden glory as the spacecraft passed by.
Io in Passing
Io's Volcanoes derive their mighty gush
From tides of Jovian gravitic crush;
Molten tides of acid lava rush,
Surging caustically from subsurface drains,
Festooning all her golden sulfurous plains
With gentle yellow flowers of sulfur grains.
