The foundation is acceptable. The claims are ridiculous. You won't get much below 350 nm with a diode laser source. Writing speed is limited by laser diode switching frequency and time interval of switching the ferroelectric storage medium. Areal information storage density is diffraction limited by the optics.

Nothing they say is bad Nothing they claim is reasonable at this time. It's a fine invention. Let's see how a reduction to practice performs in the real world.
