Mass and Energy

May be i am asking a stupid doubt.According to einstein
E=MC2
ie. mass and energy is interconvertible
eg: burning of fuel... there mass is converted to energy.
but my question is can you convert energy to mass... can you give me an
example, where energy is converted to mass...thanking you
