I think his point is that if there were not so
many ignorant stupid clowns man could go to mars.
but rather than face the economic downfalls associated with a free energy device powering the worlds energy needs we tend to choose to use energy resources that we dont have.
so we will eventually have to war with nations that DO have the resources that we need due to our
ignorant stupid clowns.
