luminous squid discovered

(219.139.220.125)a new variety of squid has been discovered in hawaii
this one is luminous, illumination provided by symbiotic bacteria, and apparently has a previously unknown system of reflecting plates (ie, plates are different from others)
sciguysngals think that perhaps it is an anti-predator/camoflauge system
