My thinks he's trying to explain genetic diseases with imperfect DNA replication, rather than what it actually is, or why they present. He needed to research genetics before drawing such an outrageous conclusion.

To research genetics: Google, search Genetics, Genome, genetic diseases (know), etc. Educational sites are great.

All pretty simple, and if we were walking around 97% corrupt, we wouldn't be walking around, but slithering along the ground - maybe ..., or ceased 'being' long ago
