I have hypoglycemia and several allergies to some common foods. I am an opera singer and do well with my singing. However, right now, I am sick with a sinus infection and it is making me very hypoglycemic. I don't know what to eat to fight off the sinus infection. I have had some gas when eating what I am supposed to eat according to my chiropractor who used kineseology to test me for my food allergies. I try to eat right but sometimes I am so hypoglycemic that I don't know what to start with. Can you guide me here? thanks, maryjo19@usadatanet.net
