Systems, an energy, an equilibrium state

(80.246.196.108)Let us assume that: 1- The animate nature and the
inanimate too consist of systems interact are connected in the form of a chain hierarch. 2 - The interaction of systems represents an exchange of energy or mass. 3 - Every system arises and develops and perishes as a result the general total process exchange of energy or mass, in the broadest sense. 4 - The interaction two and more systems represents an equilibrium reversible process or irreversible(spontaneous) such.
I think all systems and forms energy aspire to an equilibrium state(level) of a kind with the available conditions. And do I make a mistake may be?
