Amaranth has many faces; she can only show a portion of herself to the world at any given time, lest it overwhelm the ones who see her. She is the sum of all these faces, and more; the whole is vaster than most people's comprehension. To find among her facets many contradictions is to realize the complexity of the whole being without even glimpsing the entirety of that being that is Amaranth. She is nothing if not surprising.
