are you sudgesting that in space if I were to pump a fluid through a pipe that friction between the fluid and pipe would result in movement in a direction.
obviously the motion would be in the direction of fluid flow and this movement a result of internal friction and not exposed to the surroundings of the pipe.
there would be no contact between the pipe and its surroundings yet the pipe would be propelled through space.

of course that would work.
and the more sticker the fluid , such as oil or syrup the less pipe you would need to use to get the same amount of propulsion from the same fluid pressure.

but what is a cfpfm?
does this cfpfm thing produce a supply of pressurized fluid?
is it a overunity device?
does it require any energy input?
