Hmmm, and obviuosly that's without counting Rx. Fact of a matter is that a child can spend almost his entire youth on legally-sanctioned dope and prescribed drugs that alters their innocence and curiosity about the world around them just so they become what society calls: a "normal" childhood.
Ahh, and they are the same people are worried about marijuana use...
