yes it would , but according to the fanatic
thermodynamic law followers a PMM is forbidden.natural gas is known to cause heat when ignighted and the heat can cause gasses to expand , so for these fanatics this would be a sencible alternative if cheaper transportation fuels are in need.
those of us who know that energy is really free can use the PMM's as you call them.
after all the fanatical thermodynamic law believers are usually endowed with greater income so this would lessen the income to spending ratio of the many poor people
compared to the fewer financially secure people.it might give some needy people a few extra dollars a week to spend elswhere other than the gas pumps.
not that you guys would care.
