New antidoping test

(156.34.17.52)the US Anti Doping Agency told reporters in this report that a new test could prove some US athlethes guilty of doping. Not only that, the CEO complained of a global conspiracy of chemist athlets and coaches in sport doping.
He also claims that steroids could designed to be undetectable by modern testing. I do believe Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry is the standard test. From what I have been taught, I am skeptical in thinking that you can trick GCMS. Is there any knowledgable chemist, physicist that could explain how GCMS could be easily tricked ?
