NorthMagnetic Pole is now Moving more than +40 km per Year

At this speed it will be in Siberia Russia, before 2050.
I wonder if this could effect the weather, as well as El-Nino?
I also believe the South Magnetic Pole has surfaced in South Africa (although I cannot verify this at the moment.
