Re: Feo2: First International nuclear fission reactor in Japan (Feo Amante)

I think your modern example is fairly off the mark because you misrepresent Monsanto's case and products. Still, that's a different subject for a differnt thread.

Question: what are the R's and T's to which you refer?

Now, you suggest that the oil, coal, hydro, etc. arguments can't all be right but I'm not too sure that's true. It just depends on your personal definition of 'right'. Facts be damned? No, I'm not saying that. It depends on your goals. It depends on what you think is in your own personal best interest, long term or short.

Religion IS indeed a big part of it, but that is a tool used by the real priests and prophets (culprits) to which the money trail leads. The masses who buy into the more illogical arguments for or against each of the above energy sources exist in any society, to be organized as best the culprits can. Tools. Nothing more.

From my personal view, Nuclear is far and above better than any of the other energy sources for the production of electricity, all things considered. It can't stand alone though. You'll always need other sources if for no other reason than to make up for the fact than it doesn't easily lend itself to temporary peak demands.

Others disagree but from what I've heard of their arguments against nuclear, they are not very logical.
