The Water level of Three Gorges Reservoir project will reach 135 meters, tomorrow (June 10) However it will take until 2009 for the water height to reach its final goal of 175 meters high. Thats a measure of how gigantic the back lake will be.
In 2009 all 26 generators will be operative producing 85 Billion Kilowatts per hour of electricity anually.
Four generators are online now , with 3 new generators to be put on line every year
