Interesting ... by your definition the stupid ones are the ones that attend, graduate from, and/or teach at colleges and universities. The smart ones are those that possibly made it out of high school and are probably supporting themselves flipping burgers or selling insurance.
You haven't by chance read 1984 by Orwell have you? Probably not ... that would require intellectual abilities not evidenced in your post.
