why dont you take the time to read the asme report on
bakers mill in puerto rico.the asme states in this report that this particular type of turbine " aproaches " unity.
it is powered by a ten foot pressure head.
I am using a pressure head equivalent to
250 ft.
and my turbine allows for a pressure build up
unlike the bakers mill turbine built in the 1850's...do a search on google for "bakers mill"
you will find it there.
