NO, it proves that you have no idea what you are talking about.
Just how much water do you think you need to put in that pipe of a 1000 miles to float a 100lb container?? Just to FLOAT the damn thing would require you to fill the pipe enough to make it do just that, FLOAT. Then you'll have to make your container move 1000 miles. I can guarantee you that would take much more water and energy than you can imagine (obviously, since you cannot have thought this through at all).
Do yourself a favor and don't post nonsens like this, it makes you seem stupid.
