yep.. here it is folks.
the planet wobbles.
our moon would also wobble if it rotated I dare to assume.
in order for a planet to wobble there must be an imbalance somewhere.
I say the core is offset.mars the god of war or battle or something like that.
its been hit by something BIG close to or bigger than itself before.
