(156.34.184.37)Although the article refers to technology, I am sure it speaks to all fields of science. Why do we do science? Have we become slaves of our own science/knowledge? As Satre said, are we condemded to find logic, to drug ourselves with knowledge in a abursd, meaningless Universe?
This Article really got me thinking, Is Science, not just high-tech, truly meaningless? I wanted to test that. I am a biologist by training but I decided to go through articles in physics, not because i have a passion of them but because I don't. I am therefore objective to their discoveries and truths. I realy discovered, at least for me how empty and absurd science can be. meaning seems to only exist for those who have passion for a subject but the truth itself does not have any meanings on its own.Anyhow, I thought this site would be a good place to post this since I notice that this site is pro-science/tech and I would like to see you post your opinions on that.
