Big Bang Theory can be proven wrong!

The big bang theory can not be correct at all. For those of you who don't know what the big bang theory is, it is the educated guess made by supposed great scientists that we are all created from stars. The universe started with stars. They blew up, and created what is now our moon, our dirt, and yes ladies and gentlemen even us. But, this can not be true, because something can not go from complete chaos to total order. If it can, then I could blow up some leather, paper, and a few things of ink and come out with an encyclopedia.
