A person has to "want to" look at the fire, lava lamp or dots on a screen. It's the "want to" that's the important ingredient, with it we need very little props to attain a goal. The anti-smoking campaign is coming from the top down not from the bottom up. Matter and logic seems to be built from the bottom up. The smallest part must have a meaning and logic to create the larger. The anti-smoking campaign, if successful, will be by default rather than any health issue. People will get their drugs without leaving ash and smoke to destroy the floor and paint on the walls, but they will take more than before.
