When some puke pacifist comes at me I punch it in the stomach. If it gets up I punch it again. It learns that its only rights are those for which it is willing to fight - or run away at full speed with both arms full.
Uncle Al only owns one armful. The other one holds a weapon. Uncle Al doesn't have to run.
Iraq was an externally belligerent State with oil and Soviet 1970s arms. We have 21st century weaponry, the finest soldiers in the world, and soon all Iraqi oil. They should have bargained and grown rich with us. Either way, no problem.
Rome did not hold meetings. Rome slit throats and bordered wide avenues with crucified terrorists (six thousand lining 132 miles of the road from Capua to Rome in a single instance) who did not respect "civis Romanus sum." This practice fell into disrepute after nearly a thousand years of success, as did Rome.
"Civis Americus sum!" Hell hungrily awaits if your God broaches argument in counterpoint. Americans are reasonable - threaten our lives, our families, or our property and we will kill you beyond your ability to imagine an end to the slaughter. I laud omniscient unobstructed real time lethality. Hoo-rah, and be damned.
