There is no evidence for, or against, multiverses.

Probably the best argument against multiverse theories is the level of complexity which goes against every physicist's sense of aethestics. We tend toward believing that at the bottom of the pile will be one simple principle from which all else has logically and physically evolved.

Testable? I don't think they exist and that if they do such existence is likely irrelevant as it would be untestable. Once we cross that slippery slope to contact with a multiverse causality disappears.
