You are right.
Still , I am still of the opinion that even breeding times will advance due to consistent warmer weather and more light, and therefore food to feed the young. There are studies on this.Regarding a slow migration northwards, I was running ahead, apologies.....Thinking of mosquitoes and killer bees, so why not red squirrels? They have ousted the grey squirrel.
