It is roughly circular with a diameter of about ten thousand paces north to south, nighty-five east to west.

not circular at all , extremely oblong
The highest point within the perimeter is something close to it’s center.
5000 paces south of the northern most point of the fence.
47.5 paces between east and west of fence.I can see the totality of the fence that surrounds me and none of it looks much farther away than the opposite side of it.
thats because your at the center of a rectangle.
