Hydrogen peroxide is probably "easy" to manufacture in the same way that materials such as sulfuric acid and ammonia are "easy" - easy if you're a bulk chemicals manufacturer with expensive equipment, but very dangerous for garage chemists. Given that it's readily and cheaply available from your local drugstore, you might want to rethink moonlighting as a chemist.
