I take it you mean a dilute water solution of H2O2 ?
Its used for bleaching your hair or as an antiseptic gargle. You can buy it from the Pharmacy in 10 or 20 Vol strengths. Which means that 1.cc of 10 Vol will give off 10 cc of Oxygen
(with 20 Vol pro-rarta)
You can produce it by the action of dilute acid
upon sodium peroxide or barium peroxide. It should be cooled all the time to prevent the mixture getting too warm. Excess barium sulphate is filtered out.
The thick gelatinous white peroxide as used for
rocket launching is another story. That is extremely dangerous, nor do I know how that might be produced.
Afterthought....I am almost certain that you can by a concentrated form of Hydrogen Peroxide from a Resin or boat building Co....As it is used as an accelerator for Styrene Resins (used with glass fiber mat etc)
Sorry I cannot give further replies, as I have just come back from France and have a lot to do at the moment.
